Gestures & Sounds
Gestures & Sounds
Gestures & Sounds is a one-stop shop for a great time. Their authentic compositions are raw and evoke real feelings, mostly because they don't know how to be any other way. Live performances are a rollercoaster of up and higher.

After high school, best friends Erik, Brian and Jory left Wisconsin to pursue film careers. Their cramped Los Angeles apartment spawned late-night muted jam sessions that put them on a new course. With their sights set on starting a band, they quickly scooped up Jeremy as their fourth best friend and drummer. And so they began their love lives as Gestures & Sounds.

Warmth in sound and lyrics is a given with these guys. From cozy and swooning to top-of-the-lungs raging. In tune with each other, the crowd, and anyone wearing flannel at any given moment in the world, G&S are equal parts melodically innovative and lyrically wrenching.

Blurring the ever-hazing line between visuals and music, they also conjure up their own video content. Talented filmmakers as well as musicians, G&S create all of their own music videos from start to finish. They’re in a venture all their own and offer an experience to anyone who appreciates a cut to the beat.

This LA for-peace four-piece started creating together in 2016, and love each other, full stop. It’s obvious from their outpour of electric silliness on stage. At the end of the day, all they want is for everyone to have a good time. And beer. Lots of beer.
The Go Ahead
The Go Ahead is a four piece, high-energy rock band from San Francisco. They are known for their incredibly unique sound, pulling from influences such as Incubus, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Primus, Fiona Apple, and many more. Limiting their sound simply to ‘rock’ does not do the band justice. The blending of powerhouse grooves, soul-shaking bass, jaw-dropping guitar lines, and melodies packed with sheer emotion make this band an experience unlike any other.

Formerly known as Jesús and the Rabbis, the band has made quite an impact on the San Francisco Bay Area music scene. They were selected to play the debut Santa Cruz Music Festival in 2013 and have toured to Austin for SXSW week twice (2014/2015), which included playing Red Gorilla showcases and Ugly Whale showcase. They've opened for national touring acts, including Dorothy, Dilly Dally, and the legendary Lita Ford. Big things are afoot for this talented foursome that are known for combining various genres into a driving rock force with a sultry and soulful front-woman that demands your attention.
North By North
Hailing from the land of brutal winters and deep dish pizza, North by North has developed their own brand of infectious, spastic yet finely-honed rock and roll. They seamlessly toe the line between 3 minute garage pop anthems and your dad’s favorite “prog-rock deep cuts” cassette tape, with plenty of hooks to spare.
Will Moore
Pacific Northwest native, Will Moore, is probably best known through Seattle’s beloved band The Chasers, but he has also
performed with bands including Pistol Star, Widower, Star Anna, among others and toured as part of the opening act for
Counting Crows on their Outlaw Roadshow tour. Having achieved success and experience as part of these groups,
including being featured on San Francisco band Abbot Kinney’s latest record (The Night), Moore has released his solo debut EP, My Mistake, through Arena Music.
Will Moore is currently working on a new EP and a tour for Spring 2018.
