Blac Rabbit
Blac Rabbit
Born and raised in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn, identical twin brothers Amiri and Rahiem Taylor do not make the
type of music that their borough of origin is usually associated with. Growing up surrounded by hip hop
culture and all it's glory, the Taylor brothers had more exposure in their house to pop, funk and soul music
from the 60's, 70's and 80's. When they began writing songs in high school, they taught themselves how
to play guitar and write songs based off of the Beatles. After high school they formed Blac Rabbit,
bringing in former metal and church drummer Patrick Jones, followed by resident shredder Josh Lugo on
bass (and sometimes guitar) to play their original psychedelic rock tunes. In order to make some pocket
money, Rah and Amiri decided to start performing music on the NYC subway. They soon discovered that
people really enjoy hearing them sing Beatles songs, so they kept doing that, slowly building a reputation
around the city while also performing their original material at some of New York's best venues for up and
coming acts. They maintain that sort of dual life to this day. On December 23rd, 2017, the band release
their debut self-titled EP, which was also self recorded and self mixed. On January 26th, 2018, they were
filmed performing Beatles songs on the train by New York Nico, the self proclaimed "Unofficial talent
scout of New York City," who posted the video to his 121K followers on Instagram. Since then, the band
has seen their fan base increase significantly and will be releasing new music, and hitting the road in 2018.
The Max Tribe
The Tribe was born in 2013 when Nashville native Austin Max (Guitar/Vox) united with Northern Virginia Native Conner Kessler (Drums) at music school in Boston. For a year they developed a psych sound playing around New England. Their Debut Single, “Tape Machine” was featured on Sound of Boston as one of the top 5 releases of 2015. Max, Kessler linked up with Noah Lubert (Keys/Vox) and Rafael Minerbo (Bass) in 2016. Noah and Rafa contributed to form the intertwined charisma that became the group's signature Psych sound. Over the course of 15 months, the Tribe wrote and Recorded their Debut LP Retrofit at 1867 studios due August 2017. In January of 17, they embarked on a Winter tour covering the North and Southeast. They are currently gearing up for their LP Release and summer tour of the record. Together, the Tribe creates a unique blend of psych rock with influences stemming from The White Stripes, The Beatles, The Doors, The Black Keys, King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard, and Cage The Elephant.
Lily Waters
Lily Waters
Lily Waters is fronted by singer-songwriter Gabbi Green and lead guitarist Robert Cifuentes, formerly of the adored LA post-punk outfit Corners. Gabbi’s tormented vocals and Robert’s harmonic compositions span a wide range of musical styles and influences including blues (Etta James, Muddy Waters, Amy Winehouse), Rockabilly (Wanda Jackson), Country Pop (Patsy Cline), Jazz (Billie Holiday, Nina Simone), Indie (Cat Power, Yeah Yeah Yeahs), Shoegaze (Mazzy Star), and Psych (Jimi Hendrix).

As a result, Lily Water's sound is filled with grit and from the soul. After releasing their self-recorded single “Breath in the Wind” via Soundcloud, Lily Waters has secured supporting positions for the likes of Blac Rabbit, Hockey Dad, and Broncho, and show no sign of stopping in their tracks anytime soon.

They are currently working on their debut full-length album with producer Kyle Mullarky (Allah-Las, The Growlers, Tomorrows Tulips) at Lolipop Records.
